These terms apply when you buy or use Smart Lock Installation Pro and its add-on guides. By purchasing, you agree to them.

Digital products

Our products are digital educational guides delivered online. No physical items are shipped. Smart lock hardware and other devices are not included.

Your license

When you buy a guide, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own home. Please don't share your access link or redistribute the content.

Access

After your payment is confirmed, we email a sign-in link to the address used at checkout. You can request a new link from the members area. Access includes future updates to the guides you own, for as long as we offer the service.

Educational information only

The guides provide general information about installing and setting up common consumer devices. Procedures vary by brand and model. Always follow your manufacturer's instructions, check compatibility, and consult a qualified professional for electrical work, door modifications, fire-rated doors or any situation you're unsure about. You are responsible for how you use the information.

No affiliation

Smart Lock Installation Pro is an independent resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any device manufacturer. Product names mentioned belong to their owners.

No guarantee of results

We don't guarantee that any device will be compatible with your door or home, that installation will take a particular amount of time, or that you will save a particular amount of money.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are one-time payments. Payments are processed by our checkout platform. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, access to that product ends.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the guides are provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed.
