If a guide isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. This applies to the Basic and Premium plans and to each optional add-on guide.

How to request a refund

• Email us at our support email address with the email address you used at checkout, or
• Request it through the checkout platform, using the link in your purchase receipt.

What happens next

• Refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment platform and your bank.
• When a product is refunded, access to that product ends. Add-on guides can be refunded separately from your plan.
